Postcards in the Parlor with WofA!

We’ll be meeting in the White Parlor at Clarendon Presbyterian Church on Saturday, June 7th, 10am-12pm, to write postcards. We’ll be working on the third round of postcards to women who lean Democrat or Republican and haven’t voted in past elections. Phase 3 specifically mentions the Democratic candidate, Lily Franklin. It’s BYO beverage & perhaps something to share.

WofA Membership Meeting

This is a local Indivisible event! Join WofA and Friends. We will discuss current opportunities to support our Adopt a District candidates. We will hear from our special guest, Monique Bryant from Challenging Racism, about Juneteenth in our community. We will then focus the majority of our meeting on our June 14 No Kings Day activities, where it is all hands on deck! Doors open at 6:30. Please do not come before 6:30 so that organizers have time to set up. The meeting begins at 6:45 p.m., and it adjourns at 7:45 p.m. Please join us for Social Time after the meeting, at O’Sullivan’s (3207 Washington Blvd., a 3-minute walk from Clarendon Presbyterian Church).
