NAACP Arlington Branch Is co-sponsoring a comprehensive dialogue on the political engagement and empowerment of Black male voters, featuring Representative Bobby Scott (Virginia, District 3), Representative Don Beyer (Virginia, District , Virginia NAACP President Rev. Cozy Bailey, and more. The next few elections will determine the direction of our country and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Join us for an engaging panel discussion on the realities of state lawmakers’ lives! Co-moderated by Sister District and Red, Wine & Blue, this lively panel will delve into questions about pay, staff, and the day-to-day experiences of progressive lawmakers in blue, red, and divided government states. Arlington Dems School Board Endorsement – Vote Online or In-Person
The Arlington Democrats will hold a vote of Democratic community members to endorse two candidates for the November General Election ballot. This endorsement vote process is in lieu of a primary because School Board candidates are not listed by Party on the ballot in Arlington. Details HERE. Request Your Participation Form HERE.

VADems Voter Protection Team – Poll Observers Needed
The VADems are recruiting volunteers to serve as poll observers and cure volunteers. Please note that you must be a registered Virginia voter to serve as an inside poll observer, but we welcome our out-of-state friends to sign up as an outside observer or cure volunteer. After you complete this form we will follow up via email with next steps.
