31st Street 2025 Wisconsin Supreme Court Fundraiser
As a result of the win for Justice Janet Protasiewicz in 2023, Wisconsin has had a major positive turnaround, including fair legislature seats, that led to a pick up of 14 Dem seats in 2024. But now we have to maintain the 4-3 progressive majority, by electing Judge Susan Crawford. Doing so should lead to fair mapping of US House districts and a potential pick up of 2 US House seats. Join us!

Actions & Resources

Tell your senators to vote NO on Trump’s most dangerous nominees. Senate Republicans disgracefully confirmed Pete Hegseth as Defense Secretary on Friday by a historically small margin. If we can flip just one additional Republican to vote ‘no’ on Russell Vought, Kash Patel, Tulsi Gabbard, or RFK Jr., we can block their nominations. And there’s reason to believe there’s growing opposition to some of these nominees. Let’s keep the pressure on.

Fight back against Trump’s unconstitutional executive order on birthright citizenship. Last week, a federal judge temporarily blocked Trump’s blatantly unconstitutional order seeking to end birthright citizenship — likely the first of many roadblocks to Trump’s lawless week-one actions. But this is a temporary order. So we’ve got to continue fighting back to mitigate the harm of this order and maximize political backlash. Our resource page has a number of actions you can take right now.

Executive Orders update DEI / DEIA programs
Trump directed that staff of Federal DEI programs be placed on leave and the programs shut down. Diversity, equity, and inclusion programs promote fairness in hiring, pay, treatment in the workplace, or education setting. Take Action: Support these Companies committed to DEI:
Costco, Meijer, Kroger, Giant Grocery, Ben & Jerry’s, Ulta, Macy’s, Old Navy, Nordstrom’s, TJ Maxx, GoTo Foods, Dollar Tree, Walgreens, Wegmans
DEI Tracker for the People

Immigration/Deportation
“The Constitution and our laws are clear: The federal government cannot bully state officials into carrying out deportations, nor can they punish them for declining,” – Deirdre Schifeling, ACLU chief political and advocacy officer.
Take Action: Sign the Solidarity Pledge. If thousands of us act to protect our neighbors and loved ones, Trump’s mass deportation apparatus will grind to a halt.
