How Trump’s Project 2025 Will Hurt YOU! – National Affairs Committee Policy Forum
“Project 2025” is a far-right manifesto, officially titled “Mandate for Leadership: The Conservative Promise,” produced under the auspices of the conservative think tank Heritage Foundation and supported by over 100 partner organizations to guide a potential second Trump White House. It lays out a sweeping policy playbook to dismantle our democratic institutions, abolish checks and balances, erode church-state separation, and impose a fascist agenda that violates basic liberties. To counteract this dystopian plot, the Forum’s panel of nationally eminent experts will examine key policy themes in Trump’s Project 2025 and expose their prospective painful ramifications on American lives.  More Info and RSVP here

Election Day Poll Greeting
On Election Day, November 5thwe need volunteers at each of Arlington’s 54 precincts to make sure Democratic voters have a sample ballot so they know which local candidates are Democrats. Sample ballots are critical for local races, where candidates are not listed by party affiliation. We need as many volunteers as possible in order to fill two-hour shifts between 5:30 am and 7 pm at each of the 54 polling places in Arlington. Sign up today to help us keep Arlington blue! Forma en español.

Early Vote Poll Greeting
Starting October 16th through November 2nd, Early Voting locations and hours expand throughout the county. We still need some folks to help us hand out sample ballots during these critical last two weeks of early voting across four polling locations. Shifts last a couple hours—find specific shift and location information at these links:
Courthouse Plaza (Sept 20–Nov 2)
Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center (Sept 20–Nov 2)
